Orders are generally dispatched within 2 business days (Monday - Friday). Once your order has left us, you should receive it 48 hours within the UK. Shipments within Europe take 3-5 working days and elsewhere 5-7. Please note these are guidelines and some may arrive sooner or later. We will always notify you if there is a delay.
If you wish to cancel an order please contact usas soon as possible. We are happy to refund or exchange non-personalised items as long as they are inresaleable condition. We cannot accept returns for personalised items unless they are faulty.
