🏆 Outcome A: You Won! Got complimented or asked about your jewellery at least 3 times within 7 days? Amazing! Snap a photo or video of you wearing it, share your compliment story on a review. We’ll instantly send you a £5 Voucher to reward your excellent taste!

🏳️ Outcome B: Mission Failed... A whole 7 days passed and absolutely no one stopped to compliment you? Unacceptable! Email us to let us know. Keep the piece, and you can pick out another magical piece that truly belongs to you—completely risk-free!

7-Day Compliment Challenge - Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility: This challenge applies to new customers' first-time purchase only. Strictly limited to one entry per customer, household address, or email address.

2. The 7-Day Window: The 7-day challenge period begins on the day your tracking status shows as "Delivered". To ensure you have had the full time to test the magic, if you did not receive any compliments (Outcome B), you must contact us via email to claim your store credit between Day 8 and Day 14 after delivery. Claims made before Day 8 or after Day 14 will not be valid.

3. Challenge Refund Policy (second pick): If your piece fails to turn heads, you do not need to return the physical item. We will send you another item of your choice, FOR FREE! Cash or original payment method refunds are not available for this challenge (this does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty goods).

4. Claiming Your £5 Reward: If you won the challenge (Outcome A), please write a review for us and post a clear photo or video of you wearing the product and share your story. Send a screenshot or link of your review to our customer service email: hello@robinvalley.co.uk, and we will issue your £5 Voucher within 48 hours. 

5. Fair Play: Robin Valley reserves the right to the final interpretation of this challenge. To protect our small business, if we detect any fraudulent activity or malicious abuse of this guarantee, we reserve the right to refuse the issuance of store credit or rewards.
