After placing your order, please send us a clear, front-facing image of your design idea (e.g. a pet photo).
Make sure to include your order number when messaging us directly with the image.

Production Time:
Please allow approximately 2 to 3 weeks for your personalised design to be completed.

Personalised items cannot be refunded unless they arrive damaged or broken, as each piece is custom-made just for you.
