How to Order:
After placing your order, please send us a clear, front-facing image of your design idea (e.g. a pet photo).
Make sure to include your order number when messaging us directly with the image.
Production Time:
Please allow approximately 2 to 3 weeks for your personalised design to be completed.
Important Note:
Personalised items cannot be refunded unless they arrive damaged or broken, as each piece is custom-made just for you.
The item is wrapped in Eco-friendly, recyclable materials. Plastic Free.
To keep your wooden jewellery looking its best, avoid prolonged exposure to water or perfumes. Store in a dry place and handle with care — your piece is hand-painted and made to last when loved gently.

We aim to dispatch all retail orders within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends).
Our standard shipping is Royal Mail Tracked 48, ensuring reliable and trackable delivery.

We dispatch international orders within 1–2 business days.
Delivery times vary by destination and may take up to 2 weeks (or longer in rare cases).

If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will do our best to assist you. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings that have been worn cannot be returned.
When returning items, we recommend using a tracked postal service and retaining any receipts, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund or arrange a replacement as soon as possible.
Please note that delivery costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
